As a seasoned Nutritionist and Lecturer, I possess over 18 years of experience in educating and training healthcare professionals at Plateau State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Nigeria. With a strong academic background in Biochemistry and currently pursuing a second degree in Public Health, I have successfully trained numerous nurses and midwives in developing and implementing standardized and therapeutic diet plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
