Discover sports psychology like never before!
Every high-profile professional athlete will tell you the mental game is just as important as the physical one.
There comes a point in every athlete’s career where they reach their maximum physical capabilities and must leverage their psychology or “mental game” in order to take their craft to the next level.
Sports psychology cannot replace natural talent or practice; however, it can be used in conjunction with any training regiment to help athletes become the best possible at what they do according to their genetic potential.
Not everyone can afford to see a sports psychologist; however, inside this course, I provide the materials, knowledge and lessons you would use in a regular session for clients who want to enhance their sports performance.
It doesn’t matter what sport you play, whether football, soccer, basketball, hockey, tennis, golf, etc. Your craft can be developed even better with the appropriate knowledge and the right application.
The course content integrates both psychological and scientific content that will give deeper insights and help athletes become better at their craft and coaches become better trainers.

Instructor knows his stuff,,,,
Sports psychology is not my forte, but, since I took some past courses with Ahilan, I thought I’d give this a shot out of curiosity. He did not fail to deliver on exceptional content, techniques and performance. The instructor is an athlete and proves this in the sports psychology put into practice section. He attempts a few shots, and breaks down the psychology/mechanics of his action, I really enjoyed seeing what was going on his mind and how he demonstrates how to do things. An interesting course worth my time, and I took away some really interesting facts.
