To do this project, you will need to:

  1. Identify 7 scenarios that make you uncomfortable in your life. These can be related to any of the 4 parameters we discussed in this class: people, self-inefficiencies, situations/events or others. Write them down in your notebook.
  2. For each scenario, write one or two super positive words that describe how you want to feel or act instead of being uncomfortable. These words should be powerful and uplifting, such as confident, happy, calm, or brave. Write them down next to each scenario.
  3. Once you have completed these steps, you will have created your creative uncomfortable box and transformed it with positive words. 

This project will help you to:

  • Deal with Uncomfortable situations better
  • Boost Your Positive Mindset
