    I Couldn’t Have Asked For More

    This was my first course. After signing up with my credit card, I vowed that the two month period would be my last because I have a FULL schedule of responsibilities. However, Instructor Ahilan was so “on point,” that I am considering signing up for a lifetime membership. He was great in his delivery of the course. His material helped to “fill” in the blanks of awareness where my therapist leaves off. Because of the content of the course, I will begin to cope with anxiety at a quickened pace. This means that I will get to enjoy setting and reaching goals. I get my life back, again. I made notes indicating which parts I needed to review. And I will follow up on it.
