This is a great starter for someone who will start working with individuals with mental health. Helping them start coping with their issues is a start.
Loved It
Absolutely loved it. I took it for my business to further my knowledge with my patients. However I learned so much about myself. I’ve been in traditional therapy before which is very helpful. However it thought me why I do and think as I do but not how to actually heal and change. CBT tells you how to change and start healing.
