A good course that covered a lot of ground in a short time. She added some very sensible advice… She included advice on diet, sleep, exercise and controlling alcohol use, but I was particularly impressed that she included controlling social media use in her list of recommendations.

Presented in a very easy and practical way. It covers all the CBT principles in a brief, but detailed manner that would make it easy for anyone to understand and apply. Thank you
