Informative and the practical application was very helpful.
Straight forward and accessible
I found this course really straight forward and accessible. No jargon, no over inflated expectations of how I should be feeling. Julian caters for all, I felt this at the very start due to his pace of explaining the process in simple terms.
I have tried different times to meditate and felt that I was not doing it right. Purchasing this course has really helped me and I will be going over it again as I like the way Julian guides the meditations.
